Our role

Bhatti Travels acts as an intermediary. We arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and related services supplied by third parties. Your contract for the travel itself is with those suppliers, subject to their conditions of carriage or booking terms, which we will make available to you.

Where we assemble several components into a package, additional obligations may apply to us under Belgian and EU package travel rules. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website, including any "from" prices on destination cards, are indicative starting points based on past bookings. They are not offers and they do not guarantee availability. Airline and hotel pricing changes constantly.

A quote we send you is valid for the period stated on it. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and we have issued a confirmation.

Payment, changes and cancellation

Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, permits and vaccinations required for your journey. We will advise you on requirements and check your documents where we can, but the final responsibility is yours and requirements can change at short notice.

Visa advice given by us is practical guidance, not legal or immigration advice. We cannot influence a consular decision, and no refund is due from us if a visa is refused, though supplier terms may allow some recovery.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, repatriation, cancellation and baggage, taken out at the time of booking rather than before departure. A Belgian mutuelle generally does not provide adequate cover outside the EU.

Liability

We are liable for arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, nor for delays, cancellations or disruption outside our control — including weather, airspace closures, strikes and changes to entry requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints and applicable law

If something goes wrong, contact us immediately — most problems are far easier to fix while you are still travelling. If we cannot resolve it, write to bhattitravels4020@gmail.com and we will respond within [[CONFIRM: e.g. 14 days]].

These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Liège have jurisdiction. As an EU consumer you retain any rights you have under mandatory Belgian consumer law.
