Why pre-book instead of arranging on arrival
Three reasons. Price is fixed and agreed in advance rather than negotiated after a long flight. The driver tracks your flight, so a delay does not mean the transfer is gone. And you are not making decisions about strangers and unmarked cars at 1am in an unfamiliar airport with tired children.
Where it matters most
Jeddah and Madinah during Umrah season, where the onward journey is long and the airport is busy. Any arrival after midnight. Groups with more luggage than a standard taxi holds. And destinations where the airport-to-city route has a reputation for overcharging.
Private or shared
Shared is cheaper and waits for other passengers. Private goes directly and costs more. For a family of four or more the price gap usually closes to the point where private is the obvious choice.

What if my flight is delayed?

Are child seats available?
In most destinations, yes, but they must be requested at booking. Tell us the ages.
Can you arrange transfers between Makkah and Madinah?
