Visa Assistance in Belgium
Guidance and paperwork support for smooth approvals.
We help people in Belgium prepare visa applications that get approved the first time — Schengen visits for family coming from abroad, tourist and business visas, and the paperwork that goes with them. We are a travel agency, not immigration lawyers, and we will tell you plainly when your case needs one.
What we actually do
Most visa refusals are documentary, not substantive. The application was submitted with a bank statement that showed no activity, an invitation letter missing a required element, a passport with under six months validity, or a name spelled differently across two documents.
We go through the full document set before you submit, tell you what is missing or weak, and explain what the consulate is actually looking for in each item. For family visit applications we also help the sponsor in Belgium get their side right — which is where these applications usually fail.
Family visit visas from Pakistan
Bringing parents or family from Pakistan to Belgium on a Schengen C visa is the request we handle most often, and it has the most moving parts. The sponsor in Belgium carries most of the documentary burden, including the engagement de prise en charge, and the income thresholds and format requirements are specific.
We know what a successful file looks like for this route because we prepare them regularly. Full walkthrough in our step-by-step guide to the Belgium family visit visa.
If you have already been refused
Read the refusal notice carefully first — the stated ground tells you whether to appeal or reapply, and these are very different paths with different deadlines. Appealing is slow. In many cases correcting the file and reapplying is both faster and more likely to succeed.
Send us the refusal notice and we will tell you what we see, whether or not you go on to book anything with us.
What we do not do
We do not give legal or immigration advice, we do not handle residence permits, asylum or long-stay D visas, and we cannot influence a consulate decision. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee a visa is not someone to give money to.

Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and nobody honestly can — the decision belongs to the consulate. What we can do is make sure the application is not refused for a preventable documentary reason, which is what causes most refusals.
How long does a Schengen visit visa take?
Processing times vary by consulate and by season, and appointment availability is often the longer part of the wait. Start earlier than you think you need to, especially around summer and Eid.
What does the sponsor in Belgium need to provide?
Typically proof of identity and legal residence, proof of income, proof of accommodation, and a formal undertaking of financial responsibility. The exact set depends on the relationship and the applicant. We go through it item by item.
My visa was refused. Should I appeal or reapply?
It depends entirely on the stated ground. Documentary refusals are usually better fixed and resubmitted. Refusals questioning intent to return need a different approach. Send us the notice and we will tell you which one you have.
Do you charge for visa help?
Document review is included when you book travel with us. Standalone visa support is charged separately — ask and we will quote before starting.
