24/7 Travel Support — A Real Person on Call

A real person on call before, during and after your trip.

Plans change, and they usually change at the worst possible moment. Every booking made with us includes a number that a real person answers — in English, French or Urdu — before, during and after the trip.

What "support" actually means

It means that when your connection is cancelled in Doha at 2am, you send one WhatsApp message and someone starts rebooking you while you find somewhere to sit. It is not a ticketing system and it is not a chatbot.

In practice, most of what we handle is: rebooking after a cancellation or a missed connection, sorting out a hotel that is not what was booked, replacing lost documentation, and answering the question "is this normal or should I be worried?"

Why this is the real reason to use an agency

Booking a flight is easy and you do not need us for it. Unpicking a broken itinerary from another country, in a language you may not speak, with an airline call centre queue an hour long, is not easy — and it is the moment people remember for years afterwards.

Languages

English, French, Urdu and Punjabi. For families where the travellers and the person who made the booking do not share a first language — which is very common on the Pakistan and Umrah routes — this matters more than anything else on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Is support really available 24 hours?

For travellers with an active booking, yes, on WhatsApp. General enquiries are answered during office hours.

Does it cost extra?

No. It is included with every booking made through us.

What languages do you speak?

English, French, Urdu and Punjabi.

Can you help if I did not book through you?

We will always try to point you in the right direction, but rebooking rights sit with whoever holds the ticket, so there is a limit to what we can do on someone else’s booking.
